Shipping

Muu furniture is available for residential shipment via common carrier to the lower 48 states.  We do not ship to AFO or PO boxes.  Pricing is based on distance, the number of items ordered, and the level of service (with the exception of replacement MuuPanels and other accessories which ship UPS ground).  Because all Muu furniture is built to order, please allow eight weeks for your order to be ready to ship.

We offer two types of delivery services: Standard and Premium.

Standard Delivery:

• Delivery date scheduled with customer (delivery days are Mon – Fri or Tues – Sat depending on the area) with a four-hour delivery window given by carrier the day before delivery
• Delivered in carton, no trash removal
• Room specific delivery, providing it will fit without removing carton
• Customer not required to help with delivery

Premium Delivery:

• Delivery date scheduled with customer (delivery days are Mon – Fri or Tues – Sat depending on the area) with a four-hour delivery window given by carrier the day before delivery
• Product is delivered inside the home including two flights of stairs a two-person delivery team, unpacked, assembled (if necessary) and placed in the room of your choice
• All debris removed from premises
• Customer not required to help
