Muu furniture is available for residential shipment via common carrier to the lower 48 states. We do not ship to AFO or PO boxes. Standard shipping on most furniture items is FREE. Premium/White Glove delivery is available in most areas for an extra charge. In many cases, your furniture and MuuPanel will ship in separate boxes from separate locations (MuuPanels from the West Coast. Furniture from the East Coast). MuuPanels typically ship Fedex or UPS ground and the method of shipment and whether the items will ship together is based on timing and availability at our sole discretion.

We offer two types of delivery services: Standard and Premium.

Standard Delivery:

• Delivery date scheduled with customer (delivery days are Mon – Fri or Tues – Sat depending on the area) with a delivery window given by carrier the day before delivery
• Delivered in carton, no trash removal
• Delivered to first dry area at your home or apartment building
• Customer not required to help with delivery

Premium/White Glove Delivery:

• Delivery date scheduled with customer (delivery days are Mon – Fri or Tues – Sat depending on the area) with a delivery window given by carrier the day before delivery
• Product is delivered inside the home including two flights of stairs by a two-person delivery team, unpacked, assembled (if necessary) and placed in the room of your choice
• All debris removed from premises
• Customer not required to help
